The Audit Operations Senior Manager is responsible for the operational policy and support processes of Internal Audit at N26.

This role ensures efficient operation and continuous development of audit tools and frameworks, supporting transparency and structured data foundations.

## What you'll do

• •Maintain and develop the operational framework of Internal Audit.
• •Manage the Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program.
• •Prepare and consolidate quarterly and annual Internal Audit reports.
• •Develop and perform data analyses to support audit activities.
• •Operate and maintain the Internal Audit systems landscape.
• •Oversee tracking and monitoring of audit findings.
• •Support auditors with operational aspects of the audit lifecycle.
• •Coordinate between Internal Audit, IT, and other control functions.
• •Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation improvements.

• •Degree in economics, business administration, finance, or information systems.
• •7+ years of experience in Internal Audit or related functions.
• •Strong understanding of Internal Audit governance and methodology.
• •Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• •Proficiency in audit tools, reporting systems, and data analytics.
• •Good English and German language skills.
