Description
What you'll do
- •Actively seek B2B clients in the Russian market, primarily in the fintech segment (banks, microfinance organizations, payment services, investment platforms), as well as startups and companies needing website and complex system development.
- •Sell services: custom mobile app development, website development, creation of complex fintech systems, outstaffing iOS/Android/backend developers.
- •Reach out to decision-makers (CTO, CEO, digital product managers), conduct negotiations, prepare and send commercial proposals.
- •Bring deals to contracts and first payments.
- •Maintain CRM and report on results (without bureaucracy).
Conditions
- •Salary + high commission on each deal (negotiable). Bonuses for meeting targets.

- •Full remote or hybrid schedule (office in Volgograd if desired).

Requirements
- •At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT/software development/outstaffing.
- •Experience selling IT development services:
- •Website development (landing pages, corporate portals, online stores);
- •Complex fintech systems (payment services, processing, banking software);
- •Startups (MVP, web and mobile applications for investments).
- •Understanding of the outstaffing model: how to sell, how to argue value for the client.
- •Knowledge of the Russian fintech market and startup environment: key players, pain points, decision-making processes.
- •Ability to independently find contacts, write emails, make calls, and schedule meetings.
- •Skills in preparing presentations and commercial proposals.
- •Results-oriented: your income directly depends on closed deals.
- •Connections in fintech or IT outstaffing/startup communities are a big plus.
