What you'll do
- •Lead critical projects end-to-end: design docs, implementation in Go/Solidity, reviews, rollouts, and post-mortems.
- •Build sequencer-adjacent services: screening APIs, proxies, attestations, and chain integrations (OP Stack/Arbitrum).
- •Deep dive on performance: profiling, load tests, flamegraphs, cache/queue tuning, and data-path optimizations.
- •Security first: threat modeling, key/secret management, IAM, least-privilege, audit/readiness practices.
- •Operational excellence: on-call participation, incident response, blameless retros, runbooks.
- •Mentor & multiply: guide teammates through designs, reviews, testing standards, and best practices.
- •Ecosystem awareness: track EVM/OP/Arbitrum changes, block building patterns, and bring actionable insights.
