• •Lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance.
• •Drive the delivery of your team and promote a healthy team spirit and culture.
• •Participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.
• •Manage people, mentor and coach developers, participate in recruiting and onboarding, conduct performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s.
• •Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• •Develop software according to modern best practices and principles.
• •Participate in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review.
