Description
What you'll do
- •Identify and approach crypto KOLs, YouTube/Instagram/Twitter/Telegram influencers, and affiliate managers across Russia, CIS, and Ukraine.
- •Onboard KOLs and their trading communities to TetherMax.
- •Manage ongoing KOL relationships to maintain activity and maximize volume.
- •Weekly Telegram check-in and one monthly online meeting with Singapore HQ.
- •Submit a brief weekly performance report.
Conditions
- •Fully remote work.
- •Meetings: Weekly Telegram check-in and Monthly online call.
- •Base salary: Month 1: 700 USDT + KPI Bonus | Month 2: 1,200 USDT + KPI Bonus | Month 3+: Commission only.
- •Payment: USDT -- base commission real-time, bonuses monthly.
- •Side work: Exchange BD roles permitted (competing rebate platforms excluded).
Requirements
- •Experience in crypto, Web3, affiliate marketing, or BD.
- •Existing relationships with local KOLs and community admins.
- •Familiarity with referral or affiliate mechanics.
- •Russian and English proficiency.
