What you'll do
- •Search and connect:
- •PSP (acquirers, gateways)
- •VASP (crypto / on-off ramp)
- •Alternative payment methods (APM)
- •Develop a partner network to increase approval rate
- •Negotiate processing terms, commissions, routing
- •Manage integrations with Product and Tech
- •Optimize payment flows (cascading, routing)
- •Analyze partner effectiveness (conversion, decline rate)
- •Participate in industry events (payments / crypto)
Conditions

Mandatory
- •3+ years of experience in PSP / payments / crypto / VASP
- •Practical experience in connecting:
- •Payment providers
- •Alternative payment methods
- •Understanding of:

- •Experience with high-risk processing
- •Contacts among PSP / crypto providers
Preferred
- •Experience in payment orchestration
