Description
What you'll do
- β’Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option.
- β’Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company.
- β’Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.
- β’Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution.
- β’Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and agreements within the company's CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- β’Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- β’Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement.
- β’Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements
- β’Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- β’2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
- β’Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement, or a related field.
- β’Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
- β’Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center technology.
- β’Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.
- β’Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- β’Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- β’Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions.
- β’Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required.
- β’Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
