What you'll do

  • β€’Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement.
  • β€’Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

  • β€’Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • β€’2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
  • β€’Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement, or a related field.
  • β€’Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
  • β€’Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center technology.
  • β€’Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.
  • β€’Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
  • β€’Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • β€’Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions.
  • β€’Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as required.
