Bilingual Sales Manager (Russian + English)

Join Mr Kraken as a Bilingual Sales Manager. Work remotely, engaging with American clients in home repair services. Fluent English and Russian required. Mr Kraken is an American repair and service company. The work is fully remote. Clients are Americans, so fluent conversational English is needed.

• •You will receive incoming leads from Google, Facebook, the website, and phone calls.
• •Your task is to guide the client through the entire process: Application → Call → Qualification → Estimate → Follow-up → Sale → Payment → Schedule crew visit.
• •No cold calling is required.
• •The flow varies: usually from 2-3 to 10-15 new inquiries per day.

• •Fixed salary + commission from sales. The better you sell, the more you earn.
• •Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00–18:00 Central Time (USA). You can work from any country. However, during these hours, you must be available on the phone. If your time zone makes you unresponsive during these hours, this vacancy is not suitable.
