What you'll do
- •Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
- •Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
- •Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
- •Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
- •Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
- •Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
- •Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy.
- •Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
- •Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the compliance and legal teams.
