What you'll do
Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
- •Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
- •Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis.
- •Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
- •Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings.
- •Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
- •Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge.
- •Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
- •Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed.
- •Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
