• •Coordinate and support growth marketing initiatives and campaigns, communications, among other program tasks
• •Monitor marketing performance using data analysis and user feedback to ensure campaign effectiveness and user experience
• •Assist in the tracking of competitor updates and community feedback
• •Understand product features and transform them into educational content including but not limited to blog posts, emails, video scripts and social posts
• •Maintain tutorial content to make sure new updates are reflected timely
• •Assist in preparing educational campaigns such as webinars and community events
