What you'll do
- ā¢Analyze the effectiveness of bonuses, promo mechanics, and CRM campaigns
- ā¢Calculate ROI, bonus cost, profitability, payback, and retention uplift
- ā¢Assess the impact of bonuses on GGR/NGR and business metrics
- ā¢Segment users by value, profitability, and sensitivity to bonuses
- ā¢Investigate player behavior and identify bonus abuse
- ā¢Build dashboards and analytical showcases for CRM, Product, Finance, and Risk teams
- ā¢Check data quality and find discrepancies between various sources
