What you'll do
- •Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with our brand values.
- •Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
- •Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- •Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
- •Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
- •Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.
