Overview
A Middle Business Analyst is needed for an IT product company in Cyprus. The role involves bridging business units and IT teams, process modeling, and documentation. Our client is an IT product company with an internal support department servicing a large product, creating and developing its own support tools from custom development to integration and enhancement of external solutions.
What you'll do
- •Act as a liaison between business units and the IT team, helping to formalize requirements, model processes, and support the implementation of changes.
- •Analyze and describe the current procurement process of goods and materials.
- •Prepare AS IS process diagrams and develop proposals for optimization (TO BE).
- •Formalize requirements for subsequent process automation.
- •Participate in the preparation and updating of user documentation for the new version of the Warehouse software.
- •Prepare instructions for users on new processes and functionalities.
Conditions
- •Official employment according to the labor code of Cyprus.
- •Office work format 5/2 with flexible start time from 8:00 to 10:00.
