- •Atlassian stack and tools: Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM)
- •Delivery: Scope Management, Change Requests, Workflow Management
- •BA: Acceptance Criteria, Requirements Gathering, Decomposition
- •Tech: Atlassian APIs, Plugins, Integrations
- •Methodologies: Agile, Iterative Delivery, T&M, Fixed Price
- •Experience as Business Analyst / Delivery Manager in IT outsourcing
- •Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price models
- •Experience managing external client expectations
- •Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
- •Understanding of workflows, schemes, hierarchies, and customization of the Atlassian ecosystem
- •Experience writing clear Acceptance Criteria
- •Ability to formalize requirements without ambiguity
- •Technical background and understanding of API/integrations logic
- •Ability to effectively interact with developers and clients
- •English for communication with international clients
**Will be a plus:**
- •Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM)
- •Experience with Assets
- •Experience in Atlassian Marketplace projects
- •Understanding of plugin development for Jira/Confluence
- •Technical experience in integrations or enterprise systems.
