What you'll do
— Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders — Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS — Collaborate with the development team on the implementation and improvement of an FAQ Bot — Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality & user experience — Support release planning, testing, and project documentation
