Responsibilities

  • โ€ขIdentify and document needs: study and record requests and tasks from internal customers, and formalize them.
  • โ€ขModel business processes: analyze existing workflows (as-is) and develop models for future optimized processes (to-be).
  • โ€ขFormulate technical specifications: transform business tasks into clear requirements for automation.
  • โ€ขDevelop project documentation: create and approve necessary documentation for project implementation.
  • โ€ขQuality control and acceptance: check and test developed functionalities for compliance with requirements.
  • โ€ขWork with feedback: analyze user comments and suggestions, coordinate their correction.
  • โ€ขImprove the system: collect feedback, identify problem areas, and propose ways to enhance the system.
  • โ€ขTrain and support users: develop instructions, conduct training, and consult users on system operation.

Requirements

  • โ€ขExpertise in 1C ZUP: deep knowledge of the functionalities of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" program.
  • โ€ขBusiness analytical skills: ability to identify business needs in HR management and analyze them.
  • โ€ขExperience in optimizing HR processes: practical experience in analyzing and improving processes related to personnel accounting.
  • โ€ขExperience in calculations and reporting: successful experience as an analyst in payroll calculation and preparation of regulated reporting.
  • โ€ขUser support: experience in assisting users during the implementation and operation of new systems.
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of the development lifecycle: knowledge of the complete product creation cycle from task setting to final release.
  • โ€ขSkills in documentation and requirements formulation: ability to create project documentation and clearly articulate business requirements.
  • โ€ขAdvanced Excel skills: confident use of complex formulas and functions in Microsoft Excel.
  • โ€ขKnowledge of process description methodologies: understanding of BPMN standards and other business process modeling methodologies.
  • โ€ขBasic knowledge of accounting: understanding of the basics of accounting in terms of personnel calculations.
  • โ€ขExperience in testing and documenting: practical experience in documenting solutions and conducting their testing.
  • โ€ข1C certification: having certificates from "1C" will be an additional advantage.
