We are strengthening our Product Discovery direction and looking for a Business Analyst who will help transform business problems into clear processes, requirements, and solutions before development starts.
What you'll do
- •Analyze and decompose business problems into understandable logical components.
- •Design and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- •Describe processes using BPMN, UML, decision trees, and other structural formats.
- •Suggest improvements to customer journeys, credit processes, and decision logic.
- •Translate business processes into functional and system requirements.
- •Describe data requirements, integration requirements, and dependencies between systems.
- •Work through statuses, transitions, edge cases, API logic, and business rules.
- •Prepare structured discovery documentation for delivery teams.
- •Align solutions with Product Owners, Risk, Engineering, and Operations.
- •Help the team move from abstract business problems to implementable system solutions.
