Join Wintermute as a Business Development Associate in London, where you'll drive OTC business growth and develop strategic partnerships in the crypto market. We provide liquidity algorithmically across most cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms, a broad range of OTC trading products as well as support high profile blockchain projects and traditional financial institutions moving into crypto. We actively participate in the development of the blockchain ecosystem through investments, partnerships, and incubation of projects.
What you'll do
- •Assisting Business Development Directors with growing the OTC business (both manual and RFQ) - this includes developing and structuring a growth plan: compiling a list of potential new counterparties, assessing business opportunities with existing relationships, helping developer teams on productizing the solution and execution of trades
- •Work closely with the BD team in the crypto liquidity provision business - assist with deepening the relationships with existing crypto projects.
- •Manage various client facing reports.
- •Monitor and control the quality of Hubspot data.
- •Work with various cross-functional teams to optimize BD team’s operational processes.
- •Develop existing relationships with exchanges globally and bring them to the next level.
- •Keep track of key launches and news in the crypto ecosystem and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities for the BD team.
- •Support BD Directors with onboarding efforts.
- •Filter and assess inbound inquiries.
- •Identifying and processing various requests from trading counterparties.
- •Conducting different analytical reports.
- •First responder in client facing chats.
- •Project manage legal negotiations.
- •Work on automating the reporting and optimizing processes and pipelines more efficiently.
