Description
What you'll do
- β’Own the full sales lifecycle β from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and closing
- β’Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of Helius across the Solana ecosystem
- β’Become a deep product expert and guide customers through technical evaluations and integrations
- β’Work closely with Engineering and Product to inform roadmap priorities and remove customer adoption blockers
- β’Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop go-to-market strategies for new Helius products and infrastructure offerings
- β’Outbound to key accounts, verticals, and funds
- β’Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements
- β’5+ years of work experience in sales, business development or partnerships roles
- β’1+ years of prior work experience in crypto
- β’Experience selling to a technical audience
- β’High degree of ownership and agency, eager to take charge of projects with undefined process
- β’Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- β’Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment
- β’Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- β’Comfortable working with AI-powered GTM tools and eager to adopt new technology
- β’Open to travel when needed
