## What you'll do
- •Own the full sales lifecycle — from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and closing
- •Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of Helius across the Solana ecosystem
- •Become a deep product expert and guide customers through technical evaluations and integrations
- •Work closely with Engineering and Product to inform roadmap priorities and remove customer adoption blockers
- •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop go-to-market strategies for new Helius products and infrastructure offerings
- •Outbound to key accounts, verticals, and funds
- •Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements
- •5+ years of work experience in sales, business development or partnerships roles
- •1+ years of prior work experience in crypto
- •Experience selling to a technical audience
- •High degree of ownership and agency, eager to take charge of projects with undefined process
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- •Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- •Comfortable working with AI-powered GTM tools and eager to adopt new technology
- •Open to travel when needed
