Description

What you'll do

  • β€’Own the full sales lifecycle β€” from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and closing
  • β€’Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of Helius across the Solana ecosystem
  • β€’Become a deep product expert and guide customers through technical evaluations and integrations
  • β€’Work closely with Engineering and Product to inform roadmap priorities and remove customer adoption blockers
  • β€’Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop go-to-market strategies for new Helius products and infrastructure offerings
  • β€’Outbound to key accounts, verticals, and funds
  • β€’Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • β€’5+ years of work experience in sales, business development or partnerships roles
  • β€’1+ years of prior work experience in crypto
  • β€’Experience selling to a technical audience
  • β€’High degree of ownership and agency, eager to take charge of projects with undefined process
  • β€’Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • β€’Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment
  • β€’Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • β€’Comfortable working with AI-powered GTM tools and eager to adopt new technology
  • β€’Open to travel when needed
