Description

Responsibilities

  • β€’Outbound prospecting in Apollo AI / LinkedIn Sales Navigator according to agreed ICP;
  • β€’Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing;
  • β€’Work in CRM;
  • β€’Collaborate with the compliance team during merchant onboarding;
  • β€’Account management for the first 3 months post-connection;
  • β€’Regular reporting on the pipeline.

Conditions

  • β€’Base salary: from $3,500, depending on experience. Payments twice a month;
  • β€’Bonus: 15% of revenue from the client for 12 months + a fixed $500 for onboarding (a merchant is considered onboarded after 5+ transactions). Payments once a month;
  • β€’Inbound: 5% of revenue from the client for 12 months;
  • β€’Annual paid vacation β€” 30 calendar days;
  • β€’Remote work format;
  • β€’Probation period - 2 months.

Requirements

Requirements

  • β€’3+ years of experience in B2B sales;
  • β€’Experience in payments / fintech / crypto;
  • β€’English C1, fluent conversational;
  • β€’Experience closing deals from $50k ACV;
  • β€’Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • β€’Proficient oral and written communication;
  • β€’Ability to establish contact with anyone.
