You will be responsible for building and scaling sales across Europe

  • Develop and execute go-to-market & sales strategy for drone solutions across priority markets and industries
  • Drive full-cycle outbound sales: prospecting → lead generation → negotiation → closing
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and new use cases
  • Build and expand regional partner network (distributors & resellers)
  • Use modern outbound tools: social selling, email campaigns, automation, data-driven prospecting
  • Track market trends and competitors to inform product & commercial strategy
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline effectively

Must have

  • 5+ years of international B2B outbound sales experience in:
  • drone technologies / geospatial / survey equipment / industrial tech (or related fields)
  • Strong hunter mindset (ICP definition, cold outreach, discovery, full-cycle closing)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
  • Experience with CRM & sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Lusha, etc.)
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in mining, construction, geophysics, hydrography
  • French and/or German language skills
