Description

What you'll do

  • Search and attract Forex brokers/advertisers in Tier-1 markets (Europe).
  • Utilizing your established contact base is a plus.
  • Negotiating and agreeing on terms for CPA/IB/Hybrid models (rates, limits, holds, KPIs).
  • Due Diligence of brokers: licensing, reputation, conditions, payment discipline.
  • Connecting new partners, launching and supporting offers.
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with existing brokers.
  • Regular market research/analysis: new brokers, competitor conditions, changes by GEO, entering new markets.
  • Participation in industry conferences (iFX Expo, SiGMA, iGB Affiliate, etc.): networking with brokers, consolidating and expanding the contact base.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in a BizDev/Affiliate Manager position or as Head/Team Lead/CBDO, with specific cases and a network of contacts.
  • Real experience working with brokers and affiliate programs, understanding their goals and limitations.
  • Knowledge of monetization models: CPA, IB, Hybrid; understanding the economics and risks of each.
  • Having your own up-to-date contact base of brokers/advertisers.
  • Strong negotiation skills: ability to reach decision-makers and secure the best terms.
  • English language from B2: independent calls and correspondence with international partners.
