Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of Web3 products to build a systematic BD strategy that attracts new users, partners, and deals. We are an IT company developing a product ecosystem in Web3 and DeFi, including DEX, tokens, GameFi, an educational platform, mempad, and a marketplace.
What you'll do
- ā¢Search for and attract Web3 projects, crypto teams, communities, KOLs, funds, exchanges, agencies, and infrastructure partners;
- ā¢Conduct the full cycle of negotiations ā from the first contact to signing agreements and launching cooperation;
- ā¢Build a network of regional representatives and community leaders;
- ā¢Develop partnerships with exchanges, market makers, wallets, and payment services;
- ā¢Organize meetups, presentations, and represent the company at conferences;
- ā¢Support listings, integrations, and external launches;
- ā¢Establish a working BD system: CRM, funnel, reporting, forecasting.
