Movimentum is a Web3 token marketing agency working with projects like Avalanche, Polkadot, Polygon, Pudgy Penguins, and many more.

## What you'll do

  • Take ownership of qualified leads and convert them into closed partnership deals through discovery calls and tailored proposals.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-ups and touchpoints to convert warm opportunities into signed agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly syncs to refine strategies, share feedback on lead quality, and ensure alignment across the funnel.
  • Manage your schedule independently, leveraging time-blocking and CRM tools to stay on top of deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct Business Development/Growth experience in Web3/crypto
