What you'll do
- •Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
- •Manage office vendors, facilities needs, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, and other operational requirements.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- •Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
- •Manage inventory, and the shipping and receiving of workstations, devices, and technical hardware.
- •Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
