What you'll do
- •Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling.
- •Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy.
- •Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations.
- •Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products.
- •Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the slide deck.
- •Strengthen team capabilities by improving existing processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.
Conditions
- •Base salary varies by location (see range below).
- •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
- •Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $148,835—$175,100 USD.
