What Youβll Do
- β’Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations.
- β’Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals.
- β’Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
- β’Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- β’Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices.
- β’Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top performers from high-growth technology companies.
- β’Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- β’Help build scalable recruiting processes, interviewer training programs, and talent assessment frameworks.
- β’Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout every stage of the recruiting process.
- β’Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to support organizational growth initiatives.

- β’5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
- β’Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- β’Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- β’Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- β’Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
