Business / System Analyst / AI Product

Join EXPERT CHOICE as a Senior Business/System Analyst to launch a new AI product in the fintech domain. Remote work with a salary starting from 250,000 RUB, depending on experience. We are creating an intelligent AI assistant from scratch. We need an Analyst who can translate business ideas into ML architecture and formulate clear requirements for data scientists and backend.

• •Experience launching AI features in mobile applications (banking/fintech preferred).
• •Understanding of scenarios: classification, entity extraction, summarization, text generation, AI agents.
• •Knowledge of LLM architecture and ML principles at the level of a system analyst.
• •Experience with prompt engineering and formalizing requirements for AI safety.
• •Ability to calculate business impact: formulating KPIs and success metrics for the model.
• •Interaction with a cross-functional team (ML engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).

• •3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in the financial sector (Banks, Payment Systems, Fintech).
• •Skills: BPMN, UML, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, User Stories.
• •Task decomposition, setting technical specifications for the development team, participation in acceptance testing.
• •Monitoring trends and regulatory constraints (knowledge of MENA/UAE specifics is a plus).

• •English language — B2 and above (all documentation and negotiations with partners in English).
• •Ability to explain complex technical issues (especially AI limitations) in simple terms for stakeholders.
• •Principle of "Business first, then technology": not chasing hype, but solving real client problems.

• •Systematic and logical thinking, attention to detail. Skills in facilitating meetings and managing priorities.
