Business System Analyst

## What you'll do

• •Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation and impact analysis.
• •Maintain clear, up-to-date specifications.
• •Identify and propose product solutions.
• •Resolve conflicting stakeholder interests.
• •Synthesize input from multiple sources.
• •Independently manage communication with stakeholders.
• •Own end-to-end story refinement.
• •Create architectural vision with architects.
• •Recommend appropriate technologies.
• •Proactively support dev and QA.
• •Coordinate UAT activities.
• •Independently work with multiple data sources.
• •Lead feature and project delivery.
• •Work closely with product owners.
• •Support end users by preparing documentation and conducting training.

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• •5+ years of experience in software development as a System or Technical Business Analyst.
• •Relevant business domain knowledge.
• •Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
• •Working knowledge of Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript, C#, and C++.
• •Strong knowledge of requirements management techniques.
• •Hands-on experience in designing solutions from scratch.
• •Understanding of non-functional requirements.
• •Great understanding of integration processes.
• •Strong knowledge in business processes and notations such as BPMN and UML.
• •Strong knowledge of Web Services and REST API, HTTP, microservices architecture.
• •Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX.
• •Knowledge of the fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory, system analysis.
