CAD/PLM Program Manager

Anduril is seeking a CAD/PLM Program Manager to enhance engineering productivity through tool optimization and training in a fast-paced defense technology environment. • •You have 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• •You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience).
• •You prioritize solutions that deliver immediate value to engineers over perfect but complex approaches.
• •You understand that adoption is as important as capability—the best process is the one people actually use.
• •You possess deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications).
• •You have a strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production.
• •You have hands-on experience using engineering design tools and can quickly learn new platforms.
• •You have proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions.
• •You are a U.S. Person (required for export control).
