Call Center Operator (Sales Manager)

We are looking for a Call Center Operator (Sales Manager) to handle outgoing calls, present products, and maintain customer relationships in the iGaming sector.

• •Outgoing calls to warm leads offering products/services;
• •Presenting promotions and bonuses to clients;
• •Supporting and developing long-term relationships with clients;
• •Providing up-to-date information on new offers and promotions;
• •Keeping records of each call and interaction results;
• •Quickly resolving client questions and complaints.

• •2/2 schedule and the possibility to work remotely;
• •Paid sick leave and vacation;

• •Experience in outbound calls or sales is a significant advantage;
• •Ability to negotiate and connect with various people;

• •Responsibility, proactive attitude, and result-oriented;
• •Confident PC skills (especially Google Sheets, CRM systems, Telephony);
• •Willingness to work in a multitasking environment.
