## What you'll do

• •Assist with the maintenance and improvement of data quality within our portfolio management system.
• •Support the team in the analysis and reconciliation as needed.
• •Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investors.
• •Collaborate with various teams, including finance, operations, and credit, to ensure accurate and effective data usage.
• •Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned, providing broad exposure to the finance industry.
• •Conduct industry research on trends in capital markets, lending products, and blockchain-enhanced finance.

## Conditions

• •Compensation Range: $25/hour
• •This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs.

• •Team player with a positive attitude, willing to jump in.
• •Capacity to work a minimum of up to 40 hours per week for a minimum of a 3-month assignment.
• •Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• •Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and quantitative concepts to assigned tasks.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
