CEO / Head (Traffic)

We are looking for a strong CEO / Head experienced in traffic schemes to scale our growing arbitration team.

We are an arbitration team, active in the market for over 2 years.

We are growing rapidly and are now seeking a strong CEO / Head to work with traffic schemes and scale the direction.

## What you'll do

• •Build the department from scratch
• •Hire, manage, and control the team
• •Launch, test, and scale bundles
• •Focus on results and profit growth

## Conditions

• •Fixed salary: $4000 + %
• •Schedule: 7/0 (2 days off per month)
• •Remote work
• •Adequate budgets and quick decisions

• •1+ year of experience as CEO / Head in traffic schemes
• •Understanding of gray/black niches
• •Team management experience
• •Ability to build processes and departments from scratch
• •English is a plus
