CFO-1/Head of Finance

HunTeam is seeking a Head of Finance to manage the financial function of the company group, acting as the right hand to the CFO.

We are looking for an operational financial leader to manage the entire financial function of our group of companies and become the right hand of the CFO.

## What you'll do

• •Full ownership of the financial function: responsibility for results, process design, system building.
• •Management reporting: from P&L to Cash Flow for all legal entities.
• •Budgeting and control: formation, tracking, and adjustment of budgets.
• •Optimization and automation: elimination of manual operations, implementation of new accounting and control tools.
• •Control of accounting and taxes: interaction with accountants, preparation for audit and due diligence.
• •Financial partner: assistance to product and operational teams, project efficiency assessment.
• •End-to-end analytics: unit economics analysis, efficiency assessment.
• •Internal reporting: preparation of reports for stakeholders, explanation of complex figures.
• •Monitoring metrics: cost reduction, efficiency improvement.

• •5+ years of experience in corporate finance (Head of Finance, Finance Manager, FP&A Lead, Financial Controller).
• •Experience with international structures.
• •Knowledge of 1C 8 and proficient Excel skills.

• •English language — Intermediate or higher.
• •Skills in contractor interaction and negotiations.
