Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the construction of PAC projects by defining key performance indicators, targeting, and necessary elements for sales force actions.
  • Participate in the development of guidelines, creation of tools, drafting of needs expressions, and ensure proper information flow in dedicated tools.
  • Support the improvement of commercial processes to facilitate deployments and ensure effective implementation of action plans.
  • Manage sales force actions by preparing, analyzing, and operationalizing key KPIs.
  • Conduct diagnostics and commercial studies to inform decisions and identify necessary adjustments.
  • Program commercial actions and integrate them into dedicated tools, ensuring quantitative and qualitative follow-up.
  • Assist in planning and prioritizing actions, ensuring proper scheduling of operations.

Conditions

  • Fixed salary based on experience over 12 months, variable part according to applicable terms, participation and incentive bonuses.

Requirements

  • Higher education (Bac+5) in commerce, marketing, project management, or commercial performance analysis.
  • At least 8 years of successful experience in a commercial environment, trade marketing, or performance management.
  • Analytical and structured, able to exploit indicators and analyze data.
  • Rigorous and organized, comfortable with planning and coordinating multiple topics.
  • Performance-oriented, understanding operational challenges of a sales force.
  • Collaborative and pedagogical, enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.
