- •Forming target architecture for the ecosystem of processing, eCommerce, P2P/APM, wallets, billing, reconciliation, antifraud, and data.
- •Unifying multiple processors, legacy systems, and autonomous tech teams into a single architecture.
- •Legacy modernization, monolith decomposition, and development of the platform layer.
- •Architectural standards for API, events, data, security, observability, and integrations.
- •Participation in architectural due diligence and integration of new technological assets.
