Description
What you'll do
The CBDO will oversee strategic development and BizDev management.
- •Manage advertiser portfolio: quantity, quality, and profitability
- •Search, connect, and scale advertisers
- •Develop partners and increase profit
- •Negotiate better terms with advertisers
- •Build BizDev department structure and KPIs
- •Lead and develop the BizDev team
- •Collaborate with heads of FB, In-App, PPC
- •Develop BizDev strategies and growth opportunities

- •Location: Office in Saint Petersburg/Remote
- •Schedule: 5/2, flexible start (9:00-10:30), 9-hour workday
- •Salary: From $6,000 (negotiable)

Requirements
Candidates should have significant experience in BizDev roles.
- •5+ years in Head of BizDev/CBDO/Commercial Lead roles
- •Experience in iGaming/affiliate/performance marketing
- •Proven portfolio management and profitability growth
- •Strong negotiation skills
- •Experience building and managing BizDev teams
- •Understanding of traffic sources: Facebook, In-App, PPC
- •Data-driven decision-making skills
- •Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
