Key Responsibilities
- •Define and execute the legal function's long-term strategy aligned with business growth
- •Act as primary legal advisor to the board and shareholders
- •Own global licensing strategy and regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions
- •Lead corporate structuring and support M&A activity end-to-end
- •Oversee contract management, IP protection, and commercial legal support
- •Build and lead a high-performing legal team with clear KPIs
- •Establish compliance, AML, and risk management frameworks
Requirements
- •7+ years in legal roles, incl. 2-3+ years as CLO/General Counsel or similar senior leadership position
- •Proven background in iGaming industry
- •Experience with multi-jurisdictional licensing and regulatory engagement
- •Track record building and leading legal teams
- •Strong background in M&A, corporate structuring, and contract management; tax structuring experience is a plus
- •Familiarity with AML/KYC/KYB frameworks and player protection regulation
- •Fluent English
