The product is in its early stages, with a small, fast-paced team.

## What you'll do

• •Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap entirely
• •Engage deeply with traders to turn pain points into specs
• •Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what to build or discard
• •Collaborate hands-on with the engineering team: write specs, review flows, participate in shipping
• •Build a metrics system from scratch: retention, activation, revenue impact
• •Identify market gaps unseen by competitors
