Chief Product Officer (CPO)

ITGenio is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define growth points, shape product strategy, and enhance the educational product for students and the business. ITGenio is more than just an online school. We are a children's online school with a wide range of educational directions and a strong product team.

• •Formulate and implement the company's product strategy;
• •Conduct an audit of the product portfolio and determine development priorities;
• •Identify growth points for LTV and student engagement;
• •Develop the product ecosystem for students to engage in multiple directions within the school;
• •Analyze the customer journey and improve user experience;
• •Work with product analytics and make data-driven decisions;
• •Research the market, competitors, and customer needs;
• •Evaluate opportunities for AI implementation in the product and internal processes;
• •Interact with and manage product managers, methodologists, LXD, analysts, marketing, sales, coaching, and other teams;
• •Advocate for product initiatives and bring them to implementation.
