What you'll do
- •Own the CHRO's operating cadence by managing weekly and quarterly leadership meetings.
- •Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and engagements on behalf of the CHRO.
- •Develop compelling content and narratives including meeting decks and org-wide emails.
- •Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- •Represent the CHRO's interests across the organization.
Conditions
- •Base salary range: $128,000 - $212,000 USD.
- •Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
