Anchorage Digital is hiring a Client Experience Team Lead to manage strategic partnerships and integrations, focusing on operational support and relationship management in the crypto domain.

Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform enabling institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, and settlement.

It is home to Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., and serves institutions globally.

## What you'll do

• •Understand the operational needs of integration partners.
• •Manage a team providing client servicing and inquiry management.
• •Advocate for product enhancements and services.
• •Develop processes to support business strategy.
• •Resolve high-priority escalations and manage dependencies.
