Responsibilities
- โขBuild marketing strategy and GTM for new products, launching them in Tier-1 markets.
- โขManage paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, Influencer, Affiliate): purchasing, optimization, scaling, creative testing.
- โขBe responsible for unit economics and profitability: CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, retention, budget.
- โขConduct analytics and reporting: cohort analysis, dashboards, data-driven decisions.
- โขResearch markets and competitors, ensuring positioning in collaboration with the product team.
- โขHire a team, establish processes, and set KPIs.

Requirements
- โข3+ years in the role of CMO / Head of Growth / Growth Lead in mobile subscription products.
- โขLaunching products in Tier-1 markets, managing budgets of $100k/month, with proven growth cases.
- โขStrong experience in Google / Meta / TikTok Ads: purchasing, scaling, attribution, creatives.
- โขMobile analytics and attribution: AppsFlyer, Firebase, SKAdNetwork, deep links, postbacks.
- โขProficient in unit economics and financial modeling.
- โขExperience with subscription models: paywall, trial/subscription funnel, retention (Adapty or RevenueCat).
