Responsibilities

  • โ€ขManage paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, Influencer, Affiliate): purchasing, optimization, scaling, creative testing.
  • โ€ขBe responsible for unit economics and profitability: CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, retention, budget.
  • โ€ขConduct analytics and reporting: cohort analysis, dashboards, data-driven decisions.
  • โ€ขResearch markets and competitors, ensuring positioning in collaboration with the product team.
  • โ€ขHire a team, establish processes, and set KPIs.

  • โ€ขLaunching products in Tier-1 markets, managing budgets of $100k/month, with proven growth cases.
  • โ€ขStrong experience in Google / Meta / TikTok Ads: purchasing, scaling, attribution, creatives.
  • โ€ขMobile analytics and attribution: AppsFlyer, Firebase, SKAdNetwork, deep links, postbacks.
  • โ€ขProficient in unit economics and financial modeling.
  • โ€ขExperience with subscription models: paywall, trial/subscription funnel, retention (Adapty or RevenueCat).
