What you'll do
- ā¢Manage all audience acquisition channels and develop existing ones (Reddit, X, TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- ā¢Analyze the effectiveness of each channel and make decisions: scale/restructure/close
- ā¢Build a sustainable growth and economic efficiency acquisition system
- ā¢Launch new channels and regularly test hypotheses
- ā¢Develop end-to-end analytics for the entire funnel: reach ā transitions ā subscriptions ā target actions
- ā¢Control the quality of the attracted audience and key business metrics
- ā¢Manage unit economics of channels: cost of acquisition, payback, channel efficiency
- ā¢Lead teams and contractors within the direction
- ā¢Set tasks for the content team, marketers, analysts, and related functions
- ā¢Develop scaling processes and implement modern automation tools
- ā¢Formulate regulations, processes, and a reproducible acquisition system
