Description
What you'll do
- โขDevelop and manage the community around company products on social media, messengers, forums, and community platforms.
- โขGrow the Telegram player community by launching discussions, regular activities, and engaging mechanics.
- โขCreate and implement a content plan: posts, news, announcements, and game updates.
- โขPrepare communications for users: email newsletters and push notifications.
- โขInteract with the audience: answer questions, moderate, and gather feedback.
- โขConduct contests, promotions, surveys, track community sentiment, and analyze content and campaign effectiveness.
- โขCollaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams on player retention and engagement.

Requirements
- โขAt least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager / Content Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
- โขPractical experience in content creation for digital platforms.
- โขExperience in preparing and sending email and push communications.
- โขUnderstanding of user engagement and retention mechanics.
- โขExcellent written communication skills in Russian (native level) and English (Intermediate level).
- โขExperience with CRM platforms and mailing tools.
- โขAbility to analyze metrics and improve campaign results.
