What you’ll do
- •Run planning for Stripe, owning and executing annual planning and frameworks for leadership decision-making.
- •Continuously improve existing processes, automating manual workflows and redesigning lighter work methods.
- •Build, automate, and scale central operations infrastructure, identifying and replacing manual processes with scalable systems.
- •Translate strategy into operational reality, helping teams drive strategic discussions and owning follow-through.
- •Drive continuous operational improvement, maintaining a view of operational system breakdowns and addressing root causes.
Preferred qualifications
- •Background in fintech, management consulting, or investment banking is a plus.
- •Experience with the product and infrastructure ecosystem at Stripe or similar complex platform businesses.
- •Familiarity with modern planning tools, workflow automation platforms, and operational data infrastructure.
Who you are
- •15+ years of work experience, primarily in operational roles at high-growth tech companies.
- •A track record of building and owning operational systems, measurably improving company operations.
- •Deep experience with company or functional planning, including annual planning and goal-setting.
- •A systems thinker with an automation-first mindset, comfortable with tools, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
- •Strong analytical skills, able to own data and metrics directly and pressure-test assumptions.
- •Experience presenting to C-suite and senior executives, comfortable owning the room.
- •High comfort with ambiguity, able to scope undefined problems and drive solutions to completion.
- •Technical proficiency in AI tools for workflow automation.
- •Prior experience at a technology company is required.
