Description

What you'll do

  • Provide support to the Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HR Team
  • Assist with US employee benefits and retirement programs
  • Serve as a contact for employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities
  • Support open enrollment activities
  • Assist with benefits renewals and surveys
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing
  • Facilitate employee leave of absence processes
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements
  • Partner with brokers and benefits providers
  • Review and approve employee expense submissions

Conditions

  • Minimum base salary starts at $60,000
  • Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in benefits or payroll
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with HR systems like Namely and ADP is a plus
