Description
What you'll do
- •Provide support to the Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HR Team
- •Assist with US employee benefits and retirement programs
- •Serve as a contact for employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
- •Coordinate new hire onboarding activities
- •Support open enrollment activities
- •Assist with benefits renewals and surveys
- •Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems
- •Provide backup support for payroll processing
- •Facilitate employee leave of absence processes
- •Support compliance and reporting requirements
- •Partner with brokers and benefits providers
- •Review and approve employee expense submissions
Conditions
- •Minimum base salary starts at $60,000
- •Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus

Requirements
- •1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in benefits or payroll
- •Bachelor's Degree
- •Knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- •Experience with HR systems like Namely and ADP is a plus
