Compliance Associate

Join Coinbase as a Compliance Associate in Luxembourg, where you'll execute compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to EU regulations. • •Own the execution of AML/CFT program activities including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, suspicious activity reporting, and KYC/CDD/EDD quality assurance reviews for the Luxembourg entity.
• •Execute compliance monitoring and testing activities in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan, documenting findings, identifying control gaps, and tracking remediation actions to closure.
• •Prepare and coordinate regulatory reports, AML submissions (e.g., FIU/LE responses, AML Risk Assessments), dashboards, and materials for internal governance bodies.
• •Support regulatory horizon scanning and impact assessments for new or emerging EU/Luxembourg regulations, translating changes into updates to local policies, procedures, and controls.
• •Maintain compliance registers (controls, conflicts of interest, breaches, complaints) and contribute to the upkeep of the Compliance Risk Assessment and related frameworks.

• •Target annual base salary range: $52K-$88K.
• •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
