Compliance Associate

FalconX is seeking a Compliance Associate to support their Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance functions, focusing on crypto markets.

## What you'll do

• •Support the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors, senior management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• •Extract data and contribute to the development and implementation of automated data extraction processes.
• •Respond to information requests from regulators and auditors.
• •Review and support responses to inbound due diligence requests from partners.
• •Assist in the execution of compliance testing activities.
• •Support the Compliance Officer/MLRO on ad hoc risk control projects.
• •Participate in meetings as required.
• •Support research efforts on upcoming regulatory requirements and international best practices in Financial Crime Compliance.
• •Review and analyze complex transactions and due diligence documentation.
• •Advise internal stakeholders on customer due diligence and screening processes.
• •Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and operational documents.
• •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of mitigation measures.
• •Prepare reports and compile data and information for responses to authorities.

• •2 to 3 years of experience in compliance, ideally within a crypto asset service provider, financial institution, consultancy firm, or regulatory body.
• •Familiarity with the operations of the crypto, investment, or banking sectors is an advantage.
• •Relevant qualification in financial services or compliance is required.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and analytical abilities.
• •Team player skills with a genuine interest in digital assets and blockchain technology.
• •Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a willingness to explore new frontiers in technology and compliance.
